Initiate Your Request
Log into your Klyvera account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in pristine condition.
Label and Ship
Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
